我们（马来西亚华裔）的母语是华语么？

刚刚想起需要赶一份报告给学弟。这是一份过去两年来关于组织推行着的语文政策的报告。
又想起组织有一个组织文化，爱我母语。
在这里想弄清楚，我们（马来西亚华裔）的母语是华语么？
如果是的话，何时鉴定？ 如何鉴定？由谁鉴定？
我依稀记得当时候拜访董建总的时候有问过，答案是：是的。只是理由，我不记得了。所以希望在这里有一个答案。
