1.1申請截止日期 Application Deadline

申請文件請於96年5月15日前親自送達或寄至本校教務處招生組，郵寄報名者，以郵戳為憑，逾期不受理。

The
application must be SENT or DELIVERED by May 15, 2007. Applications
received after the closing date will not be accepted. If mailed, the postmark
date must not be later than the deadline.

1.3申請資格General Qualifications

(1) 外國學生係指未具僑生身分且不具中華民國國籍法第二條所稱^＊中華民國國籍之外國學生
(請參考具結書備註^＊) 【不含港澳生或中華人民共和國之人士】

Eligible international students do not have overseas Chinese
status or have not possessed R.O.C. nationality for 8 years or more. (This
regulation does not apply to students who are citizens of: Hong Kong, Macau or
the People’s Republic of <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">China</st1:place></st1:country-region>.)

(3) 外國學生具高中畢業資格者，得申請入學本校學士班；具學士學位者，得申請入學本校碩士班；具碩士學位者，得申請入學本校博士班。

International students with a high school diploma are
eligible to apply for undergraduate studies at NCU; students with a bachelor’s
degree are eligible to apply for Master’s programs; students with a Master’s
degree are eligible to apply for PhD programs.

外國留學生經核准入學後，除博士班、英美語文學系碩士班申請者及全程修習英語授課學程者除外，必須參加本校中、英文能力測驗；未達標準者須參加語言中心之語言訓練。

Note：Registered international students must take Chinese and
English proficiency examinations at NCU, except students in the PhD programs,
English Master programs, and English taught Master programs. If necessary,
registered international students must attend language courses at NCU’s <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Language</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Center</st1:placetype></st1:place>.
